Covering all supervision phases of the projects, our supervision services extend to all types of building construction, be it Residential, Commercial, Educational, Medical, Administrative, Mixed-Use, Hotels, and Interior-related projects in supervising the execution from the beginning of the project to its delivery, thanks to our expert ATAK engineering team who can be placed permanently on-site to ensure compliance with design drawings, material, quantities, and plan-time schedules with strict adherence to guidelines to reduce technical risks and eliminate construction errors. We also ensure that the contractor on site is complying with all relevant building regulations and quality standards, while also making sure that all work conforms to the specified technical documentation and construction permit. Plus, we complete the documents to obtain construction completion certificates and hand over the various government departments for the project stages.
